Open a browser window, type in the IP address of your router, then hit Enter.

You should be taken to the login screen for your router:

The default User Name is blank (don't enter anything), while the default Password is "admin" .

To check the UPnP configuration status, select "Administration" on the top menu bar, then "Management" on the

sub-menu which appears. Now you can check whether UPnP is enabled. If not, then check the UPnP "Enabled"

checkbox, then click on "Save Settings".
